Jim Cross | In October 2019 210 home warranty company sent these people , to repair my dishwasher. A representative from JCS phoned me a couple of days later and came out and listened to my complaint and just opened the dishwasher door and got the model number saying I needed a new one. I have him the 100.00 and that's the last I've heard from them. I have tried many times to call them and all I get is an answering machine. it is now January 2nd 2020 I still have not heard back from them although my home warranty company says they sent JCS the parts needed to fix my dishwasher. Steer clear of hiring this company for any type of repair. |
Raf Z'te | This organization was assigned by WARRENTEC, my appliance warranty company, to repair my LG refrigerator. A representative from JCS Jeff phoned me 4 days after I spoke with my warranty associate and informed me that he would come to my house the next day. I cancelled all appointments to await his arrival but he never showed. I tried contacting him to find out whether he would come on an alternate day but my phone connection to him spawned a message "not available" I did so various times at various working hours but always got the same message. Steer clear of hiring this company for any type of repair. |
