| John The man | They advertise they are open 24 hours. I called them at 1:30am one evening and the dispatcher connected me to repair man. He told me he was to tired and that he would not help me. He was very rude when he said it to and told me he was mad because I bothered him In The evening when he was asleep. I was so confused I was like so sorry but isn't this your Job. Don't advertise you are open 24 hours if you are to tired and grumpy at that time. I was told I believe her name was Rhonda Fowler would contact me in this issue but I heard nothing Back from them. Was very awkward when repair man got mad at me for that. He needs a new job or daytime hours. |
