Appliance Repair by Ormond Energy in Princeton, North Carolina

As customers, we are keenly aware of business requirements and I have much respect for Ormond's business platform. On 11-23-19, my wife and I visited Ormond Energy in Princeton, NC to arrange propane service for our home In Angier, NC. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and after explaining what I needed, they detailed my information and said they were out of tanks for the size we would need for our residence but, a shipment was expected in six weeks. We agreed to a credit option for payment versus COD to get deliveries without having to be in place and avoid outages. I called Ormond In January to check the status of our request and was told there were a few tanks available however, the credit had not been checked. The representative agreed to pass the application on to the individual responsible for this process and after the approval she would call back and set up installation. A week later the representative called to say they didn't service the area of my residence. We were okay with the response that we received on the service area but the customer service was totally inadequate. Ormond had multiple opportunities to address the fact that we could not be serviced and instead they allowed a customer to think they just waiting on a tank to arrive for installation.

Great company to deal with on time delivery and service. I had a gas leak in my tank after hours and they sent a repair man right over to replace my tank I was very impressed. Great customer service been dealing with them for years. Shovine McGinnis
