Ended up being way too expensive. Tech was nice, but ended up charging 100 more than the estimate. Also replaced all three door latches instead of testing which one was causing the short, then charged 80 for parts 2/3 of which were probably unnecessary. Should have spent another half hour on YouTube and done it myself. EDIT: Laha's followed up with me immediately after I posted my original review. They promptly offered a refund for the extra parts. I'm glad they monitored my feedback on google and it is consistent with their easy to use online scheduling app. As I mentioned before, my actual experience with the tech was positive he was on time, pleasant and made the repair reasonably quickly. If I have another small appliance repair I would use Laha's again.

My dryer stopped working and it was fixed in two visits. 1st visit was to perform the assessment. The second bit was to install the broen part. They gave me a 5hr window. I received a text message at about 1:30 a d the Technician arrived within 20 min and my dryer was fixed in about an hour. He was neat and efficient and cleaned up afterwards. I am satisfied with the quality of service.

We live in an older home and most of our appliances are at or beyond the 15 year mark. We first used Laha's Appliance Repair through our home warranty company for the dishwasher and in the past 5 years, they've worked on the fridge and washing machine as well. Andy and his crew, both in the field and in the office, are professional, warm, and helpful. I've been nothing but impressed over the years and refer friends and family to them as well.
