Huw's a nice enough guy, but the follow-through on promises and customer care is really poor. Communication with customers? Forget it. You're stuck leaving messages all over the place that don't get answered.

The experience started on a good not but turned sour with a few minor but major character flaws in the employees that are working for the company. When I set up the appointment, no problem. When the repairman came to my home and told me what is wrong with it, no problem. Now this is when the problem starts when it came time to pay for the service. He told me cash or check only and of course I had neither lol, but after calling my husband to pick up cash the repairman asks do I have a credit card and I said "yes" and his response was "I DIDN'T MENTION THAT CAUSE BLACK FOLKS DONT HAVE CREDIT CARDS." I found that insulting especially while he is standing in my home. He wasn't able to check if it was fixed so he told me to run a load to see and call if its not fixeddidn't charge me yet so that's a great thing. Long story short, the company call me a few days later to tell me over the phone " that if its still not working than it has to be the motor and that will cost you 315.00" I was very shocked going from a 75.00 quote to a over 300 quote now over the phone and for the lady to get very rude with me because I have questions is craziness. I just want to make sure that's what it is before I spend that kind of money. She tell me that "if I don't trust his quote than I should call someone else" just rude, demanding, and very ignorantrepairman. In my opinion it is a better way to do business and keep business cause now I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone at all unless your the type that don't ask questions and just pay that is......

They supposedly made the repair on our dryer. We paid the bill and we tried it and it was still not working. We have left 4 messages and no returned calls.
