| Karen Salazar | Went in there Monday to look for a refrigerator because ours had broke. As we went there was no one out front. Me and my boyfriend had went straight to the where the refrigerator were and were looking and then a lady came out from the back and asked what we needed. My boyfriend asked a question about if they delivered and she said yes. We then walked up to the counter and asked if they had any more refrigerator and what our budget she said those 6 were the only ones. We were really interested in getting one but she seemed like she didn't want to help us. We said that we would probably be back the next day and told her to have a good day but she did say anything back which is completely rude. She just stood there in silence. Not even a have a good one or anything. We walked out and she I guess went back into the back room. We didn't return nor will return if the staff is that rude. |
| Lizard Girl | Stopped by to get a replacement power cord for our fridge and the gentleman hooked us up and let us take one from a broken fridge for free! Super nice guy! Saved us about 40. So obviously great customer service! |
