Trying to speak to someone on the phone who is knowledgeable about anything vehicle related is impossible you will be put on hold so long that it goes to voice mail. They may be somewhat friendly but that's because they know you are having to take out a loan to have anything serviced there. And a simple brake pad check will ALWAYS turn into five other things wrong that they need to fix. I highly recommend anywhere but here, I only go here if nobody else within 25 miles is open. |
