| Mark Easler | Jeff came out to check out my built in oven which was a vintage GE appliance. He suggested when I called him that he should come by and check it out when all I wanted to know was could he order parts for the oven. He was here literally 30 minutes and said there was nothing he could do. Suggested I replace the oven with a new one. Not a lot of expertise in that assessment. He charged me 96.30 not sure where that came from as he never mentioned a standard service call fee. That's the equivalent of 192.60 an hour or 400,608 a year. He expertise was worth zilch! He told me nothing more than I already knew for his 40 years in the appliance repair business. Avoid this man like toxic waste! Unbelievable---- 96.30!!! |
