We remodeled our entire kitchen bought all new appliances 5k, less than a year old refrigerator broke they came out “fixed” it 2 weeks later broke again “oh this model has a recall and the parts on back order no idea when it will be in”. I requested a new comprobable refrigerator and I was straight up told “nope, can't do it”. So here we are with a now year old 1800 GE refrigerator with no water and no ice. So not that Tim cares but I will never buy from him nor recommend his company. |

| Earl Dickerson | These people will be your best friend when you buy an appliance. They forget who you are when it comes to servicing what they sold. We have been waiting two months to have a problem with our 6 month old Speed Queen washer corrected! The water valve in the washer is leaking into the tub. They know this is a typical problem with these washers but don't seem to care!!! This will probably be my last purchase from these people!!!! |
