| blair metz | In Murphy, Lowe's is the the big dog for all things related to home improvement. The nearest Home Depot is 30 miles away. That being said, the employees at this Lowe's are outstanding. Knowledgeable, bend over backwards helpful, always welcoming with a smile and mindful of checkout times. I do wish they had a self checkout option though. The selection is OK, but sometimes going through 15 pieces of wood to find 5 I can use is a pain. The email receipt option is really good. When I have a return, all my receipts are online and I just pop in my credit card and the system matches my return and gives me a refund without me hunting for the right receipt. |
