| Lauren Adams Hisel | Stay as far away from this company as you can. If I had been given a choice, no one from this company would have set foot in my house. Total Home Protection which is a joke as well sent this company to my house. I researched the company beforehand, and lost my faith immediately. They have one star reviews, and a D rating with the BBB. Tony from the company tried to say that dirty coils is what caused my refrigerator to stop working. He wouldn't even pull it out from the wall to see if there was another reason. He told me that they are for their customers so he wasn't going to submit the claim saying that it was the coils. He said they would say it was something else to help me out. Well low and behold, I got a call from the warranty company saying that my claim was denied due to DIRTY COILS. I tried calling Tony and he acted like a child and hung up on my. The owner Daniel answered the phone when I called, but hung up on me when he heard my voice. Do yourselves a favor and NEVER hire this company for anything. I honestly don't see how they are in business. If I could give less than one star I would. |
