| Quint Tyree | , I ordered a sectional couch from Rent-A-Center they said it was brand new, when it arrived it was not in plastic but full of bed bugs, I have pictures they sent an 80 year old Terminix lady out here say that that was their specialist told me one story told them another I wish I would have recorded what she had said they denied my claim but said they would come in here and treat my house every 30 days but only kicker was I couldn't tell anyone that Rent-A-Center was involved, and I told them I wouldn't sign that I can kill bed bugs but I will let everyone know that Rent-A-Center is full of bed bugs and since I didn't sign that piece of paper Rent-A-Center is full of bed bugs if you buy from there you're asking for bed bugs. Their lawyer or Insurance person was supposed to get back with me cuz I had pictures he wanted to see, he wouldn't even speak to me and he wouldn't return my phone calls or emails no I'm not signing anything I'm letting the world know Rent-A-Center is ate up with bed bugs and it will destroy your home do not go there, tried to say it was a scam someone invented..... I just wanted a refund of only what I paid. I sure don't want another couch... |
| Shayne Lory | I will tell you if you have no credit this is the place to go. However for a company who delivers furniture you would think they would have more than one guy to do this job. To have to wait till 2pm to get a delivery and then to have to help load and unload your furniture is ridiculous. The two stars are for Amanda and her team for being nice people, but they really need reliable employees. There's always an excuse to not delivering on time or why there's always no second person to assist in setting up the furniture. And we kept getting damaged furniture delivered to the store and having to wait for them to get a replacement. We have decided to return our furniture and buy them from another place that offers in house financing and a closer to value price rather than double and sometimes triple the actual retail price. |
