Many thanks to Brennan Berry of ER Plumbing Service! We arrived home Saturday afternoon following a 9 hour drive to find no hot water. Made a call to ER Plumbing and talked to an employee of the company. Not an answering service. The technician was dispatched at the time promised. Brennan was polite, professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. He let us know he was going to inspect incoming power, both top and bottom thermostats and both heating elements. Problem was determined to be the bottom thermostat. Since the top thermostat was the same age as the bottom Brennan recommended changing both. He provided a quotation for my acceptance before performing the work. I appreciated the fact that the parts were available on his truck. The price was reasonable since the work was done after hours on a Saturday and since the water heater was located in a crawl space under the house. If possible I would give Brennan a rating of 12 out of 10!

Crack or break in main water line coming into home bubbling up in front yard. Had to shut off main supply to house and called ER plumbling on a friends' recommendation. Couldn't have been more pleased with Josh. He put on his work boots and had pipe exposed and problem identified within 15 min. Answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. Don't hesitate to call.

First time using ER Plumbing Services. Entire staff was professional and helpful. My technician Joe Small was great. Very personable and professional. And thorough. Explained problem I was dealing with and laid out options. Also took a look at other things while on the service call and mentioned other services to consider...but without the hard sell approach. Will definitely use them again if need arises and highly recommend.
