| Arnold Smith | Up date three times I've went to this Lowes and did not get help in plumbing. Either the guy didn't know or couldn't find right fittings. Went to check out the young lady checking me out asked how things were I told her about my trip there she never apologized or said sorry just passed it of so I called for a manager . got another employee of some rank he did apologized and said he would see that it was taken care of. If it was only one occasion it would be understood but three time NOT. So if you go to this Lowes expect no help. |
