I have had the pleasure of working with Larry, the owner of Market Hardware, numerous times for the past 2 years. I can not say enough good things about him personally as well as professionally. He is always on time and ready to help. He and his company always go above and beyond making sure the customer is satisfied. He is courteous, kind, professional, a very seasoned trustworthy technician, that truly cares about the customer. I have and continue to recommend Market Hardware to all my family and friends! Absolutely the best service ever! Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. The owner Larry that came was kind and respectful of my home, animals and needs. I made an appointment through GE to have my stove serviced. I was called immediately after making the appointment online, and was asked to move the appointment to a different day.... okay, fine, the day they requested was a day my husband would still be home I can't be there because of my job. Fast forward to the day of "service". During the initial call, I was told he would be at my house around 10:30 or 11. We did not receive a confirmation call and he did not show up. My husband and I both called Market Hardware and it went to voicemail both times. My husband left a message. I waited another two and a half hours before contacting GE, and they could not get Market Hardware on the phone either. GE canceled the appointment and made us an appointment with another company, and now we're back to waiting again. VERY disappointed in the lack of professionalism from a company that is trusted enough to be chosen by GE.
