Appliance Repair by Doug’s Appliance in Lumberton, North Carolina

I've used Doug's Appliances several times over the years to buy parts for appliances. Refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer. Customer service is wonderful and if the part I need isn't in, they order and I always have it within a few days! If I ever need someone to come to my home and fix my appliances I will utilize them. They are professional and timely.

Had an issue with my refrigerator and called this shop. Dickie, the service technician, came out the same day and assessed my appliance. He was able to fix the problem and provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this hometown business.

I called Doug's Appliances on Monday 9/23 because my refrigerator had stopped working. I spoke to a lovely lady on the phone who stated she would try to squeeze me in later in the afternoon. She stated she would call me ahead of time. She called me at 2:30 pm and stated she was sending a technician to my house, his name was Dickie. Mr. Dickie arrived within 15 minutes and got right on the job of fixing my refrigerator. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He fixed refrigerator within 20 minutes. My experience with Doug's Appliance was wonderful and I would use them again and again.
