David Hahn | Nice people, lots of spare parts, lots of new mowers and appliances. When ever we need an odd part for a mower or small engine, we can find it here. They are friendly and willing to help you find those obscure parts you need. We just picked up a Briggs and Stratton diaphragm for a 5hp engine. Awesome to not have to wait on shipping to get a part. |
Anna Angus | I bought a used craftsman lawnmower and I have had it less 3 months and cut yard 4 times and I have had to fix it everytime I used it. Replaced gaskets due to it wouldn't start, then Get it started then it wouldn't go into gear because the drive belt broke , Replace that got it started put it in drive started to cut the grass then blade belt come off twice So I ended up having to replace that as well . plus my tires are dry rotted. Each time it broke down I called and it would be a week before they could pick up the lawn mower and 2 weeks before I would get it back so I had to pay someone to come and fix my lawn mower each time. I paid 650 for the lawn mower and have had to pay to fix it each time I needed to go to use it. I really wish I could've been the fortunate customer to be writing a good reviews. I have never had to buy a lawn mower before and unfortunately should've brought someone with me that knew about them but I really did not think that I would be taken advantage of this way. |
Steve Raines | Everytime I go in this store I see someone leaving or arriving mad. Now I understand. I purchased a Cub Cadet ZT2 60 and during the first use I discovered that the mounting plates that attach the deck to the frame were loose and had dropped one side of the deck about 3 inches lower than the other. I reattached the bolts, leveled the deck and tried again. I had to mow twice to get a decent cut. The mower was leaving a tall stripe of grass between the outer blades and the inner blade on both sides. I went To Wayne Gravely's to get a new set of blades in hopes the blades that came with the mower were junk blades. They had no blades in stock so I ordered online. New blades installed and I get the same bad cut. I went to Wayne Gravely's to see if someone could recommend the next step to try to correct the problem. I was told to ask the person in the shop and they, while not rude wouldn't even bother to acknowledge my question. One lady in the office suggested I bring it in that it would surely be under warranty but the other lady quickly corrected her to tell her she wouldn't say that. I really expected a little better service than this. Tell me again why I shouldn't have bought this mower at a big box store? Service after the sale? Return defective products? The pre delivery checklist performed by the dealer? |
