Willis Auto has in all cases done quality work and cared for my classic like it was their own. They have provided excellent diagnosis and made many helpful suggestions, answering my questions with friendly, knowledgeable responses. Great work!

Gone there several times with different cars or different problems. Each time I have had honest feedback on what should and shouldn't be fixed. They never tried to upsell me like many other shops do. My first experience with this family owned company was speaking with Mr. Norris about what I wanted to do with my 75 Olds. What I wanted to do could have cost a lot of money. Instead of jumping on the opportunity to make extra money, he took the time to explain better and more cost effective options. Each experience I've had with them has been above expectation.

Rip off. Tried to double charged me for all the parts, said I'm not able to buy my own parts to my own vehicle. Also tried to charge me more than 200 Because “he worked hours on my car” when all he did was see what's wrong with the car and send emails to the dealership. Wouldn't recommend going.
