| Kim Robinson | I can't say enough good things about this company. I called yesterday late afternoon and they had someone out today at 9:00 am. I had another air conditioner company who I had to use for my home owner insurance American Home Shield and the other air conditioning company said I had a bad coil and needed a trap switch that would of cost 375.00 dollars out of pocket for the trap switch and my insurance company would not cover the coil unless I had the switch installed and Moore and Sons said I don't need one because I have a flood switch. The other air conditioner company island breeze also said that there freon 150.00 dollars a pound and said I needed 9 pods which Moore and sons said my unit only holds 8 pounds. If I had used the other company that my insurance has a contract with I would have to pay 1,975.00 out of pocket and that's without having to pay for the coil as my insurance would have paid for the coil. Moore and sons said my coil is not bad and I just had a leak. The cost to repair my unit and ad Freon is 815.00 and that is without using my insurance company at all that's a 1,060 difference and Moore and sons has me on the schedule to come out and fix my air conditioner on Thursday which is only 2 days away. I will have this company do all my air conditioner repairs in the future. Thank you Moore and sons for being so knowledgeable, polite, honest and affordable. Best company I have ever dealt with. If anyone is looking for a honest and affordable air conditioning company this is by far the best company to go to. |

Techs were very precise and ensured every facet of the system worked before taking off. My entire experience with the owner, receptionist, and techs was professional and easy.
