The technicians have always been very friendly, professional and courteous. Unfortunately, no one ever answers the office phone. You are put on a very long hold and eventually made to leave a message . A message which is responded via text . I have been dealing with this company for about two years and in the past six months they have started texting instead of picking up the phone. Not my idea of doing business . Additionally, it took 20 days for them to replace a part in my dryer. That seems excessive . Moreover, they replaced the part and left and now my dryer is not working. When I called I was promised an email, which I did not receive, and I was transferred to someone else and got a voicemail and no one has called me back . I am taking my business elsewhere .

I had a weird/unique issue with an old oven that had no available information, I called here and Chris and found information I couldn't even get when calling the manufacturer. Unbelievably helpful, wish I had called here first rather than wasting my time calling the big box stores.
