This super quality washing machine broke because I have well water! No problem, right? The washer has a five year warranty and a price tag twice of most. The service tech was great! Really! He came out found the issue and replaced the super strong part that well water broke. The issue came 4 days later when I received a bill for the parts and labor! I was informed that my “top of the line” machine was not covered under the warranty as my well water was just too harsh for this machine. I never had an issue with the previous washer, or any other appliance that deals with water. Save your time and money and skip this store, wish I had. |
