| Ray Ray | One of the first guages i have is how a customer responds to a request for service. One phone call to them. Said they would be there that afternoon or next morning. No show, not even a call. Got a phone call three days later at 8pm. "Are you interested in plumbing service?" i said yes and told them i called three days ago. "someone will call you within a half an hour". No phone call. Called them the next morning to check on status. "Someone will call you right back." No call by the end of the day. If someone doesnt have the courtesy to follow up or lie about a follow up phone call, i doubt there actual service is any good. Let alone if you have an issue with their work that they would respond. Poor managment and customer service. |
