Jenny Whitley | We got a stove for 160,We thought it wasn't working,Hubby brought it back up there and it was working. They gave him ideas, and he was able to get the plug to work. Would buy from again. |
Richard Rueda | The owner's response to some of these reviews are eye opening. Thank you for posting! |
Kathy Warren | Came here hoping to avoid being set back the cost of a brand new appliance. Bought a dryer and got home to only have it run for 5 mins before the heating element blew. Took it back to the shop, paid for the repair, to have the same issue happen AGAIN! Was told that the issue was my electric set up. Had my ducts professionally cleaned and a completely new outlet installed to only have it still not work. Bought a new dryer from Lowe's and have had ABSOLUTELY NO ISSUES it's now been months and I waited to give her the benefit of the doubt before posting this. The owner refused to take back the dryer as there is a “no refund” policy and made me split the repair costs with her even though there is a “14 day repair policy”. PLEASE do yourself a favor and pay the extra money to get something that is going to hold you over for the long run and the service that you deserve as a consumer. Otherwise you'll end up with a 850 dollar “investment” like I did. Not how you should run a business. |
