Juice Crew | ABSOLUTELY terrible! Stay away at all costs! Been almost 30 days and still the dishwasher is not working. There is no way they should be in business at all. I write reviews lightly but this has to be put out there. Anything that they do fix is pure luck. Please stay away from this company |
A Brown | Beware of this company! My home warranty sent this company to diagnose my refrigerator. The service technician lied and told them that the refrigerator was cooling when it wasn't so they denied the claim. A month later the freezer is no longer working on the refrigerator. So we pretty much wasted money on a service fee and refrigerator did not get repaired and have to spend more money for another service to come out and repair what they should have done. |
Roshna Habibi | This company has to be the worst I have ever dealt with. The level of service is just ridiculous. I had my appliance insurance company subcontract them to fix my cooktop and they had the worst technician come by my house. He came, couldn't find the serial number which i had to find and once I found it for him he informed me that it was an igniter issue. He called me back a day later to inquire about the gas type which i informed him was natural gas provided by Piedmont natural gas. He then said he was not familiar with the cooktop I had and wanted to come back out with a more experienced technician and scheduled something for the following week. He came to my house the following week WITHOUT the experienced technician saying that he was probably sleeping on the job. Very unprofessional of someone to say. He stood there for 20 minutes simply staring at my cooktop, just staring, doing nothing else. He again stated its an igniter issue and that he has to order the parts and will tie off with my insurance company to see what they cover. Later on that day my insurance company called me to inform me that he told them my house had propane gas that needs to be switched to natural gas which was causing the issue!!! After several times of telling him it was natural he failed to grasp it. My insurance company stated that they were not going to cover a change of propane gas to natural gas. I called and called and called the tech and called the companies 800 number and no one would answer my call. The tech at one point answered my call to simply hit decline and hang up on me. I had to get another company to come take a look at it paid out of pocket because my insurance company stated that they will not pay another company once the issue has been diagnosed. The other company also said its an igniter issue and has attempted to assist me in fixing the issue. I hardly ever write reviews but shame on this company for lying to my insurance company to keep the co pay they received and shame on them for simply lying in general and wasting two weeks of my time. Please hire technicians that know what they are doing. OH AND SIDE NOTE, WE LIVE IN 2017... COOKTOPS iN THE HOUSE ARE NOT PROPANE GAS!!!!!! |
