The girl, who was far from friendly, told me they did and were open until 5:00 pm. She had no information on size of fridge, and didn't know if they would be open the next day because it was Easter Sunday. We didn't want to chance having to wait until Monday, so we hurried up from Colfax. We got there at 4:45, and they were closed. Why say you are open until 5:00 and then close early? Management needs to hire more reliable staff! |

| Gee Mitchell | If you're in the Greensboro area & looking for appliances, whatever you do, DO NOT go to Bestpriceappliances Page Within 60 Days, 3 Washers, 2 Dryers, Missed Appointments, and the dryer still doesn't work. NO REFUNDS, NO APOLOGIES, all that can be done is for ME to come & test a dryer out in the store I asked for a refund, I was told they've done too much work for me to get a refund, but they've done me no favors, I paid for a service/product & I'm not satisfied.....I've been extremely patient & willing to work with since December, but the lack of urgency & empathy, doesn't sit well with me. GREAT customer service goes a long way even if the product/service is |
