Jane La Tour | LEI sent a technician to service our AC system. While here the technician let me know he had found a part that was still working but the readings from his tests showed this part was “on its last leg.” He asked to replace it a 10 part which would prevent the system going down in a month or so. Had he not informed me, we would have had to pay for additional service call in the future. Great job! Thank you for your professional and efficient work. |
