Currently, we live in uncertain times and I was going to cancel my appointment but I am so glad I didn't! Jamie arrived on time and was very professional. We practiced social distancing in accordance to the CDC and we were still able to communicate and conduct business. I have two units that Jamie serviced for maintenance. Jamie found that one of my units needed a new capacitor. I had already paid for a maintenance package and because I had the maintenance package I received 15 off the capacitor. Jamie got the job done and I truly appreciated him coming out. I can relax now, knowing my HVAC system is running well. My family will not be hot over the North Carolina summer months. Amazing service! Great detail and workmanship. Ensured no matter what the job was done and done right. Amazing price and we see huge leaps and bounds difference in our bill already. Great group of ladies working the phones and making sure that I receive a phone call back if I didn't get an answer right away. Owner is awesome, would never go to another A/C company after meeting him. He is the true meaning of great leadership trickles down to his employees! Great group of guys that showed up to the house to do a complete A/C tear out. They worked hard, fast and efficiently got the job done. They did a great job cleaning up all of the debris and ensured no nails, screws or sharp metal was left in the yard. Nothing is too big or too small for these guys. Professional, hard working, and most importantly polite.

I appreciate MM because the technicians are always honest with me. They never try to sell me anything I don't need. They are courteous and respectful. And it's not just 1 employee, every person I've come in contact with has been awesome!
