Becoming less one on one help. Wait on yourself, load yourself, check yourself out. Get back to providing adequate personal customer service the numbers will improve as you do. Toni Daughtry | This is the absolute worst Lowe's store I've ever been to. My husband and I built our house. Throughout the course of building, you can only imagine the amount of money we spent at Lowe's. Some stuff we bought in duplicate throughout our many trips, one of those being ceiling lights. Amid cleaning out our supplies, we've found two ceiling lights that we didn't use, and who knows where the receipts for two small ceiling lights ended up. All this to say when we went to return them, we were told we couldn't return without a receipt verifying the purchase within the last 90 days. When speaking with the manager and explaining the conundrum, his response is that Lowe's has been bought out and can no longer accept returns/exchanges without receipt verification of purchase within 90 days. Lowe's is a PUBLIC company, not bought or sold by individuals. This blatant lie goes to show what type of morals and customer service this facility is run by. I will NOT shop this store ever again. |
