DAVID WARREN | I HAVE A WHIRLPOOL REFRIGERATOR THAT WAS NOT MAKING ICE AND FROSTING UP IN THE FREEZER. CODY AND SHEA GOT THERE ON TIME AND JUMPED ON MY PROBLEMS. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. IT SEEMS LIKE THEY WERE ONLY THERE A FEW MINUTES. THEY CLEANED UP THEIR MESS AND WERE VERY COURTEOUS. I THINK I THANKED THEM AT LEAST 10 TIMES. |
Linda Kim | Convenient Appliance sent Peter Haire to fix a clothes dryer. He hooked at it, charged 68 and said he'd be back with parts to fix it. Then 14 days after, when we called to find out what happened, Peter showed up unannounced and spent 1.5 hours fixing it. Peter said he could not print me an invoice because his tablet wasn't working, and to call the front office for the invoice. I called the front office and was assured she'd email the invoice. The next day an additional charge of 431.58 was on my credit card and still no invoice. I called back and left messages. No response. I put a dispute on the charge with my bank. After a month, Convenient sent an invoice to my bank, but not to me. In it, they charged 250 in labor without documenting how many hours Peter spent to fix the dryer. I'm still disputing the charge. This is fraud and the company should go out of business trying to steal from customers like this. |
Moira Washington | We just had Ryan out to check our ice-maker and found him very agreeable and informative. He explained every step and why he was doing it, making it simple to understand. Wonderful customer service! |
