| Wesley Roberson | I have a Samsung dryer that stopped heating. I replaced the burned out coil and all was good. Not long after it started throwing an HC error code. I called One Source and explained the situation. They would not work on it however since I replaced the coil. I can understand their stance on that being they shouldn't have to warranty their work when the customer has already tampered with the unit. I am leaving a good review because although they told me they couldn't work on my dryer, one of the techs gave me his thoughts on what the issue may be. He said it was either the control board or the thermistor. Be it the control board I would have bought a new dryer but the thermistor is an 8 part so I figured why not try it. After taking apart what seemed like the entire dryer I replaced the thermistor and all is good. So even though One Source couldn't touch my dryer they still offered advice and saved me a lot of money. Thanks! |
