DO NOT USE. Can't believe these guys STILL have 4+ stars. They took the money and didn't do the job. Then my landlord told me they fraudulently used his credit card...to order pizza of all things. What a bunch of trouble!! When they first came came to diagnose the problem, they seemed hardworking and legit, a start up business with good reviews on Google. I paid the trip fee and they charged my landlord over the phone with his CC for the parts and labor. I made a future appt and waited for the parts to arrive and for them to come back as scheduled. They no-showed. I called them, they had a good reason, and I rescheduled. They no-showed again. I called, but they won't answer their business phone. ??? Use another business if you want your appliance fixed and don't pay until the parts and labor are finished.

Josh is quick to respond to calls, but takes the easy way out. We moved into a new house and since the move our dryer wasn't drying properly. For 100 Josh put a sock on the end of the dryer hose. He didn't reconnected the hose to the house. Once he left I realized what he had done and was NOT happy. I reconnected the hose myself and then went outside to check the exterior end of the vent. Low and behold the owner of the house before us NEVER did and it was compacted with lint.
