| Kristin | We are renting a house & when we moved in the fridge wasn't making ice & pouring out water. Since our rental company uses these guys we don't have a choice. There customer service is horrible. I would never use these guys otherwise. They have terrible appointment block times of 4.5 hours. I don't have time to wait around that long. The lady taking down information isn't very nice. If they really cared about there customers they wouldn't make you wait around for them. Also, it took about 3 months just to get our fridge taken care of which they didn't fix the problem & when they had to replace a part they didn't follow up with replacement. It took my to follow up with them. |
