Barbara Brewington | Awesome people. We had to have our tank pumped and all new septic lines ran a while back. The lines were backing up into the yard. They did an awesome job, very polite and thorough. Have had no issues since. |
Jonathan Yates | Early April CRS installed drain lines in my back yard, after driving through my front yard leaving tire marks and ruts? My back yard now looks like the surface of the moon. I have been told my my realtor Rene Sawey and "Bucky" that they would be over Saturday 14 apr 18 to fix the yard and remove an excavator, i can only assume now is abandoned property, since it's been in my back yard for three weeks now. After receiving a call from "Bucky," 15 or 16 Apr 18 i was told that he would be over this week to smooth out the yard and remove the excavator. It's now 21 Apr 18 at 16:36 my yard still looks like the surface of the moon and the excavator is still parked there. |
Jason Dennis | I called them to have them come empty my septic tank because it was time. They were here within an hour, emptied the tank, and were gone in less than 30 minutes while charging me what I felt was a very reasonable 200. Two days later we started noticing a "bubbling" over the area they had to dig out to get to the tank to empty it. I called him and asked him about it and he told me that the tank was probably full. Now seeing that it hadn't been emptied in the 20 months I had been here, I doubted that he was correct since it had been emptied just 3 days prior. For that last 5 days now when I have called him he has said "I will be by there today, I'll call you when I'm headed that way".....I haven't actually seen him since he came to empty it. I feel he missed something when he emptied it, figured that out when I called him, and doesn't want to take the time to come fix it. It's terrible customer service and not a good way to run a local business. I won't be calling him again, I'll have someone else come out and clean up his mess, someone that takes pride in quality work and customer service. Not someone that ran out to get it emptied, took my money, and doesn't want to back up his work. |
