will hughes | Very poor service. Had a gas fireplace diagnostic call and the guy who came was there for not even five minutes. He told me to order a part from a different company and told me how to install it. After receiving the part and installing, nothing has changed and I am back where I started. I've called the service team and haven't heard a word. I understand there are charges for sending a guy out, which I'm not expecting a refund, but he didn't spend any time to make sure that was actually the faulty part. I now have a 120 part that wasn't wrong to begin with and a 100 service fee. I have paid 220 and have nothing to show. Your Tech lead me in the wrong direction which BR Appliance should be responsible for. Seems like they are out to take your money and not offer any "service". Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. 12/4/19 You responded to my review but haven't returned any of my calls to discuss my disappointment. Point proven for anyone not to deal with this company. |
Melody Worley | Very quick to sell but poorest communication on repair and service. Scheduled a warranty service call for less than 3 year old speed queen dryer , purchased at BR appliance. Scheduling arrival was very poorly communicated, I had to call and ask when, service guy arrives. Told my mother a new power cord was needed which was not covered, I get that. Then proceeds to say he will have to get cord and return, Next week. Then presents the bill for 101 service call, and the estimate for replacing power cord and to install would be parts approximately another 100. I do not begrudge the cost of service calls but when I was told it would be covered I want to warn others beware you will owe them a hefty fee and maybe not even have a repair in a timely manner. We have spent a 100 for a lesson, No more blue ridge appliance for our family and always ask , if it's not covered how much do you charge? Won't be back and definitely let anyone looking for good customer service to go elsewhere. |
