Find a better place to buy your appliances. I had a friend that got a washer from here, brought it home and it didn't work. When friends husband tried getting in touch with the girl, Amanda, that sold it to them, she blocked them on Messenger. Apparently they are know for this, there are a lot of better places then this.

We purchased an LG Refrigerator on 8-17-2019. The refrigerator was listed on Facebook as having no problems at all. We plugged it in at 7pm that evening. It was not cooling down. Today it is still 76 degrees in the refrigerator and 77.5 in the freezer. We contacted 109 starting on Sunday. We were told it's their family day. Well, my family would have liked to have a working refrigerator. Tried several times to call on Monday. The phone rang and rang then went to a full voice mail. Tried several more times and phone was turned off. Finally decided to text the number complete with photos of the temps inside this refrigerator. Jessica wanted my husband to take a day off from work and bring it back. Obviously if we are buying a used refrigerator from them, we can't afford to take a day off from work especially when this is their fault. False Advertising. This company offers pick up and delivery, but not for us. When ask for the owners phone contact, Jessica claims that he doesn't have one. How does the owner of a company not have a phone? He's also never available. We are without a refrigerator and without money to purchase another one. I have listed it for sale on Facebook with all of the information as to when and where it was purchased. Several people have commented on having the same issues that we are having. Appliances listed for sale all say no problems at all. They get them home, they don't work or break in a very short amount of time. This company is preying on people who are financially strapped.

This is the worst company EVER!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE!! ! I went back and forth with Jerry Scales'I'm assuming the owner via FB messenger about an oven/microwave. It was 350. The listing stated it was 4 years old and worked GREAT. We drove 2 hours to pick it up. Had to wait over an hour for it to be delivered from the other warehouse. Drove 3 hours to get homebc we got stuck in rush hour traffic d/t the 1 hr delay, hire an electrician to install, and the microwave doesn't work at ALL. I looked further at the appliance and see it is actually FOURTEEN years old, NOT 4!!! I contact them and the will not refund me my money. So now I'm out 350 plus another 115 for an electrician.
