Jonathan was great! He was replacing the burners on my stove and took the time to explain each part and how it operates. Gave me great advice on how to maintain my stove's performance. Very professional and would recommend Advantage to anyone.

I just have to say that Johnathan is the best person to ever come to my home to fix anything. This young man has gone out of his way to check everything to make sure everything is working. I am amazed at him. Most of the time when you get a repair they are in and out and do not check everything. I told him he is the kind of worker that should be tipped 100 dollar bill and yes he impressed me that much. People should take notice of just how good he is. Thank god there is still good in some people. I thank you so much Johnathan.

Lowes sent this company out to look at my dishwasher that is under their protection plan the first customer service rep did not do his job at all and was rude told me there was nothing wrong with the dishwasher I had call back and request service again this time they sent out another rep who was great actually told me what the problem was he put in the order for the part. When the part came they sent out the same guy from the very first time and he stated A different part was needed and also broke the island in which the dish washer is located. Lowes called that same day to State they were just going to gift card out the value of the dishwasher and not proceed with the fix besides that I have not a fix dishwasher and a broken island I am currently doing the process.
