Everything about my experience with Susan and Jay was pleasant and professional. Response was timely and work was thorough. Super pleased to find an honest company to call for HVAC issues. I wouldn't hesitate to use Phillips Air Care for future needs.

I had just bought a house, and on the first day that we moved in- we had a major plumbing failure. Huge leak, somewhere, but no evidence of water. The home warranty company sent Phillips Air Care, and Rich came out. He tried his best to find the leak and in the end, it was decided that it was underground. This was going to be a major expense. Rich was very understanding and helpful in trying to figure out my options, and everyone I spoke with at the office was empathetic and did everything they could to help me. The next day, Anthony and his crew came out. They did an amazing job, and went above and beyond in their knowledge, professionalism, and compassion. It was a rough ride but having them there to do the job made it doable. I'm impressed and relieved to have running water for the first time in my new home! I have more peace of mind now, thanks to Anthony and Rich and the rest of the crew.

We recently moved into a rental property and the jets in the tub didn't work. Cody came out and was able to fix it in such a short time, we were pleasantly surprised...we thought we were going to have to wait an hour or so for him to figure it out and fix. Once he fixed the issue he informed of us of what the problem was and let us know we were good to go. He was very friendly and informative.
