It was a really rainy day, and our delivery guys did an amazing job. They brought the furniture in dry. They were super courteous and took off their shoes each time they came on the carpet. They were super fast and delivered and assembled our 2-piece sectional in under 20 minutes! Wow! Thanks Tony and Alfonzo! You guys were the best.

Friendly service from the sales staff. Was greeted by one who showed us the area to look at furniture options we wanted and left us to look on our own without pressure. When we found what we wanted, found out it was out of stock for over a month, but the salesman showed us another style at a better price and did not try to upsell us. We were able to pick it up in the store in a couple of days. Very pleased with the service we received.

Delivery drivers Tony & Ty were extremely prompt, professional and friendly. I appreciate the way they moved items with care, ensuring no damage to my new merchandise or freshly painted walls. Everything was set up quickly, properly and they removed all boxes, tags and plastic from my residence. All I had to do was enjoy my new bedroom. Thanks for the outstanding service!!!

This about the third time throughout the years that I have bought furniture from Value City and the quality and price is always great! I ordered the furniture a few days ago and the furniture was delivered by Pablo and Angel in a timely manner I got a few reminder calls so I knew exactly when they was coming. They came in a timely manner. They bought the furniture in, they was fast, efficient and was very friendly.

Pablo and Angel were very careful and service oriented. They were honest and professional and clean. I don't write compliments often, however this seems well deserved. Please make sure to do something each of these men can be recognized and grateful for as individual professionals. A box of tape is something that should be provided to them anyway.
