| Alyssa Floyd | Please dont call. We ordered a door for our commercial freezer and paid the extra cost for expedited shipping, along with a hefty deposit. Well, we ended up spending 5,000 for this door which, by the way, didn't arrive no where near on time. Only when we threatened to sue for our money back did they finally come out to install. They had to come out a few time to fix what they installed and even now when I look at it, there is some messy clear rubber that is around my door. I recently called them again because after my fire inspection, I was told it wasn't installed properly. Well, they refused to come out unless we gave them our credit card number. We reluctantly gave it to them in hopes of finally getting this nightmare over. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!! I'm totally done with them. Please, dont call. Worst experience ever! PS, the person commenting on their arrogance is absolutely correct. NEXT. |
