| Arkadi Kharov's Cabinet of Curiosities | I do not use GRS. My complaint is utterly related to the driving abilities of techs. In an exit lane, a tech so bent on make a service call nearly caused and accident due to negligent driving. Because he wasn't willing to wait 10 seconds to get around me. That's poor planning and scheduling. His truck number was 124. I wasn't going to post that here, but his attitude on me asking why told me I should. GRS he is going to cost you money doing stuff like this. I have dash cam footage to prove what I'm saying, and if you're interested I will work on sending your way. If you don't care, well, I'm glad I'm not a customer. And this should be a note to people considering their service. Oh, and finally..... I'll remove this if i have decent communication back on this.... cheers |
