I was told what the trip charge was so the tech came out, but i had to call him back from the parking lot cause he didnt know the thermostat was not right. Never checked! Quoted me 275 for the part and said there would be no charge for the returning trip to fix it. I was told the whole bill would be 800!! REALLY?? I called up and they told me there is a 2nd trip charge that tech was wrong. Now they would have charged me 735!. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!! NO THANK YOU!! |
