Both technicians were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They gladly answered my children's questions about what they were doing and even taught them a thing or two. Gian was very upfront and honest about what was going on with the fridge and had great communication leading up to the appointment. Edwin fixed the fridge in a very timely manner and was in and out in no time. I loved the level of contact provided - the office calls and then emails and text you the name and picture of your service professional. Our service professional was great and did a good job quickly. We used the service via our warranty and still I was pleased with the turn-around for the job and the quality of the service. I would use them again even without a warranty claim.

Very friendly and knowledgeable serviceman. No return visit needed. He came out to initially diagnose the issue and had to order the part. The job was done when he came back a few days later. Cost was reasonable and everything works now. What's not to like? Less then 300 for two big issues with the fridge. Will definitely use them again in the future and will recommend them to everyone.
