Called the day before, to confirm. Arrived early - with another courtesy call to let me know that they were in the area. Did the job quickly and more importantly, cleanly. Workmen were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. This was a lot better than an experience I recently had with a national chain, where none of the above statements were true.

We purchased a new 36" Thermador Stove, Fan/Hood, and Dishwasher from Haywood. The salesman was thoroughly professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful. The prices were reasonable. They installed the appliances Tuesday this week, arrived promptly as scheduled, performed a very complex installation quickly, and offered to return if we needed any adjustments. We need a minor adjustment the next day and the same two installers arrived early and quickly made the necessary adjustments. Highly recommended.

The staff is extremely helpful and professional. They have gone out of their way to treat me like family and make sure that the lines of communication were wide open so I knew what to expect. I canNOT wait to go back and select my washer and dryer next! Thank you everyone!!
