On Saturday morning the day before our trip out west we finished all of our clothing and bed sheets and put those in the dryer. Well, the dryer did not work. We call Appliance Depot at 8:30 Saturday morning and talked with Hank. Hank asked us a number of questions about the dryer and told us he needed to check his truck for the suspected part and would call us back in about 15 to 20 minutes. True to his word, within 20 minutes we received a phone call and Hank said he had the part and he could stop by our home in about 30 minute. We agreed and about 30 minutes after he arrived the dryer was working. He stayed and answered all of our questions. Hank did an excellent job and the cost was very reasonable. We will use Hank and Appliance Depot again for any future appliance repair and we recommend him highly enough. |
