| Bill Quick | Our repairman we fine, but will never buy another thing from Sears. Have been a customer for over 40 yrs. After waiting over a week after reporting our Hot Water heater went and we had no hot water, were told there was no coverage. Said the current water heater was under previously replaced water heater's Warranty and that had expired. We had no idea of this and were never told about transferal of Warranty at any time. They said someone must have dropped the ball but that it was our responsibility to know this. I feel I should get my 107.29 Service Fee back, but was told this would not happen. We would never have called Sears and waited over a week without hot water, had we known there was no Warranty on a water heater that was only 4 yrs. old. |
| Tina Ford | The original repair date had to be rescheduled because the van broke down like my time isn't worth anything they could have sent someone else. The second appointment the repairman showed up knowing the problem he did not have a new thermostat with him he left for a while a couple hours later someone else showed up with the new thermostat 20 minutes later the repairman came back he was on the phone talking and laughing the whole time he was there food from the fridge being knocked on the floor he cut a wire in the fridge tripped the circuit breaker still talking and laughing on the phone I wouldn't recommend Sears to anyone after this |
