| Alan Lo | Very similar issues to others. I have a Bertazonni range and were assigned Ateks to provide service. They were supposed to show up between 9am and 2pm but call 15 mins before arriving. I Called them at 1.30pm and they said they would be late but then said it would be within the hour. They never showed and also stopped answering their phones. I contacted Bertazonni who then cancelled these guys and are assigning someone else. Hopefully they never use them again |
