We have used his services multiple times for various reasons and he is consistently wonderful. Recently, he fixed a radiant-heat floor that no one else was able to fix. It was in a small room, so we just gave up on it. Jack was here for a separate issue and when he asked me about this additional zone, I told him not to worry about it because it never works.
