The technician was courteous and explained everything to me. I was very pleased with the Sears Appliance Repair and would definitely use them again.

Do not use this service. 0 Stars Parts ordered never came. Absolutely no help from parts service, customer service. Can't get a supervisor on the phone. They send threatening e-mails to return parts that were not used, and don't account for parts ordered and never sent. Just one big nightmare and left without a working refrigerator since before Thanksgiving. I do not recommend, avoid if you can.

While the repairman was top notch the cost was RIDICULOUS. Over 700 quoted for a part and literally a 30 second installation. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Maytag front loader washing machine control panel went haywire for the second time since it was installed 2 years and 8 months ago. As I did the first time it failed, I asked that the repair technician come with a spare control panel but he explained he could not do that, Sears require him to diagnose the problem first before ordering parts. He was good about explaining, scheduling and informing me when he was on his way. He diagnosed the control panel needed to be replaced, ordered it and then we had to wait for it to arrive. I had to call him to ask him if it had arrived but once I reminded him he was good about going to the parts reception and checking if it was there it was then fitting me in as his last call of the day. Courteous, considerate and profesional.
