Dropped off my Statim 2000 for servicing and it runs as if it was brand new now. Super quiet again. Pricing was very reasonable and they used all OEM parts. Very happy with their work. Would recommend to everyone.

I'm amazed at all these other reviews. Amazing that they're so well distributed among different business lines: repairs, used machines, purchases, dental, etc... Nice pattern of these other reviews, no? It's been a long time since I've felt I've spent money for a waste like this, with no responsibility taken from the company I'm dealing with. Over the years, I've bought 2 autoclaves from Duraline. The customer interaction was always polite, and they seemed to do things for my benefit. I had the first for some years, paying Duraline for maintenance regularly. It failed so often, they suggested I replace it trading it in with a new one after about 6 years. It was only after the second one was failing constantly in the first 2 years that I found out from friends that theirs lasted 10 years with NO maintenance at all! I'd paid Duraline for 2 machines, and another machine or two's worth of maintenance and repairs, all on their advice. True, they took my machine to Tuttnauer USA both Duraline and Tuttnauer are within an hour's drive from our office on their own expense. Tuttnauer said they did NOT recommend annual maintenance that Duraline talked us into, and was surprised we had it done. So extra and less reliability? You do the math. When I gave up on the second machine, which was only a couple of years old, and had been in Duraline's shop several times, they didn't even offer 1 for the machine as is with a simple error message. I guess they knew all about the machine and, though they're a repair shop and seller of used machines, didn't think it worth anything to them. I sold it elsewhere, bought a replacement machine not a Tuttnauer, thank you very much, and hope to use it for many reliable years to come. Why two stars? For the remote possibility that, though Tuttnauer's own service department could find nothing wrong with the machine, it theoretically could have been several several different design failures on the manufacturer's part that caused all of this. I doubt it. FAIL.
