Despite a snow/ice storm which stopped deliveries, Richard managed to get the part late in the day on Friday. He gave up Saturday morning of his vacation so that I could make Christmas dinner for my family and friends. Richard has repaired other appliances for us. He is knowledgeable and does excellent work. He and his wife really went the extra mile this time! She was tracking the part for days, and was planning to meet Richard at to my house with the part if necessary! |
